对县域经济发展进行系统考察、评估和规划 ,是四川省社会科学工作者面向经济建设主战场促进决策科学化、民主化的重要举措。四川省社科联 1986年组织完成的《荥经县商品经济发展战略研究报告》 ,曾对该县的改革与发展产生了重要的积极作用。十余年后 ,四川省社科联再次组织专家学者完成的《荥经经济跨世纪发展战略研究报告》 ,通过对该县经济发展现状的分析 ,揭示县域经济发展的主要趋势 ,成功地把“两个根本转变”的方针 ,在山区经济发展战略中具体化、本土化。同时 ,这项课题的研究过程 ,也是理论工作者与实际工作者相结合 ,对理论工作如何更好地为现实服务进行的有益探索。
The systematic investigation, assessment and planning of the economic development in the county area are important measures for promoting scientific and democratization of decision-making in the main battlefields for economic construction of social science workers in Sichuan Province. The “Research Report on the Economic Development Strategy of Commodities in Yingjing County” organized by Sichuan Federation of Social Sciences in 1986 has played an important and positive role in the reform and development of the county. After more than ten years, Sichuan Provincial Federation of Social Sciences once again organized experts and scholars to complete the “Economic Development Strategy Study Report”. Through the analysis of the county’s economic development status, reveals the main trend of county economic development, successfully “ Two fundamental changes ”in the strategy of economic development in mountainous areas and the localization and localization. At the same time, the research process of this subject is also a combination of theoretical workers and practical workers, so as to make useful exploration on how theoretical work can better serve the reality.
