目的:将新护士规范化培训运用到肿瘤专科教学中。方法:制定新护士培训计划,实施并考核。结果:经规范化培训后,我科新护士在全院理论及操作考核中全部一次性合格,在临床工作中无1人出现差错事故,病人满意度98%。结论:新护士规范化培训后基础理论、专科理论、操作技能以及沟通能力都得到很大提高,不但保障了医疗安全,更大大提高了护理质量。
Objective: To apply standardized training of new nurses to oncology teaching. Methods: Develop a new nurse training program, implementation and assessment. Results: After standardized training, all new nurses in our department passed all the tests in the theory and operation examination of the hospital. There was no error accident in the clinical work and the patient satisfaction was 98%. Conclusion: The basic theory, specialist theory, operational skills and communication skills of new nurses after standardized training have been greatly improved, which not only ensures the medical safety but also greatly improves the nursing quality.
