[目的]观察补肾化瘀逐痰方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组20例达英-35,2.035mg/d,1次/d。治疗组20例补肾化瘀逐痰方(淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、山茱萸、川续断、制黄精、女贞子、桃仁、红花、丹参、川楝子、片姜黄、炮山甲、海藻、昆布、浙贝母各10g,甘草6g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、FSH、LH、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈10例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组相关指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾化瘀逐痰方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Bushen Huayu Zhitan Recipe combined with Da Ying-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 40 outpatients were divided into two groups according to random number table method. Control group, 20 cases of Ying -35,2.035mg / d, 1 / d. [Result] In the treatment group, 16 cases were cured, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. The control group recovered 10 cases, effective in 4 cases, 6 cases, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The related indexes of both groups were improved (P <0.05), and the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Bushen Huayu phlegm prescription combined with Da Ying-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is significant and worth promoting.
