This study was to investigate the effect of transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) and / or neutral lipid on the biological activities of hepatocytes cultured in vitro. 1. Materials and Methods: (1) Materials: Normal adult hepatocyte cell line (L-02) was provided by Shanghai Institute of Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
