我院1988年4月至1989年12月对66例经病理证实的原发性肺癌患者进行了肺功能测定。其中男性54例,女性12例,年龄32～73岁,平均58岁。应用美国Guolo—2100型全自动肺功能仪,每一病例测定三次,选择最佳一次测试结果做为资料。测定结果显示,肺活量、深吸气量、补呼气量、潮气量、每分钟静息通气量、时间肺活量等变化不大,主要以最大通气量,时间肺活量
Our hospital from April 1988 to December 1989 66 cases of pathologically confirmed primary lung cancer in patients with lung function tests. There were 54 males and 12 females, aged 32-73 years, with an average of 58 years. Application of the United States Guolo-2100-type automatic lung function meter, measured in each case three times, select the best test results as a data. The results showed that vital capacity, deep inspiratory volume, expiratory volume, tidal volume, resting ventilation per minute, time vital capacity did not change much, mainly in the maximum ventilation, time vital capacity
