PV曲线技术比较三种木本植物的水分状况

用PV 曲线技术对三种木本植物木麻黄、湿地松、异叶南洋衫的水分状况进行比较. 结果表明:抗旱性较强的湿地松水饱和时的渗透势φ100π 和初始质壁分离时的渗透势φ0π及总体体积弹性模量ε都较低. 在植物水分关系研究中, RWC, ROWC, RDW 和Ap, ε和Vo 等水分参数具有重要意义.

马齿苋抗霜霉病的生理基础研究

本文以小白菜作对比，研究马齿苋在遭受霜霉病侵染的过程中所发生的一系列生理生化变化结果表明：马齿苋植株的感染率、死亡率较低，对霜霉病抗性明显较小白菜强，这是由于马齿苋受到霜霉病侵染后，植株的呼吸速率、SOD和PPO活性的增加均比较明显；CAT、POD变化稳定，根活力、植株相对含水量。叶片中叶绿素含量的下降，以及叶片膜脂过氧化水平和质膜透性的增加均相对较慢。

大多数植物以形成细胞权方式完成胞质分裂过程，也有些植物以类似于动物和单细胞植物在赤道区形成收缩沟的方式而分成两部分。本工作应用电镜对朱顶红体外萌发９～１８小时花粉管中的生殖细胞胞质分裂进行了研究。结果表明：７０％的细胞表现的是第一种方式、３０％却是第二种方式。即：朱顶红生殖细胞胞质分裂同时存在两种方式。前者最初以细胞板亚单位的形式出现于有丝分裂晚后期，它们聚集于成膜体的中央区域并于分裂末期融合成一
