白细胞介素10(IL-10)是近年发现的由多种免疫细胞产生并有多种生物学功能的细胞因子.它是巨噬细胞功能的有力抑制剂,但却又对B淋巴细胞发挥多种刺激作用,它还通过影响巨噬细胞功能而抑制T_H1细胞功能.IL-10的生物学性质提示了它在临床上的广泛应用前景.
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is a recently discovered cytokine produced by a variety of immune cells and has multiple biological functions. It is a potent inhibitor of macrophage function but exerts more on B lymphocytes It also inhibits the function of T_H1 cells by affecting the function of macrophages.Its biological properties of IL-10 suggest its wide application in clinic.
