Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee, all inspection teams headed by provincial and ministerial level officials have generally taken charge of the inspections. Deputy team leaders have chosen to pay more attention to discipline inspection and organization systems such as the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and the Central Organization Department. This year’s first round of inspections broke this convention. The second round of central patrols started on July 2 continued to break the convention and saw 13 vice-presidents who participated in the central patrol for the first time. Among them, Yang Yiwen, Party Secretary of Fengtai District, Beijing, has drawn much attention. Law School, Peking University, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law Yang Yiwen, is the name “60 ” female officials. By the end of 2006 Yang
