成钢利用本省钒渣资源优势,用电炉炼钢生产中采用钒渣直接合金化冶炼的22MnVN钢,其钢筋各项性能达到英国BS4449∶1978标准要求。钒的回收率达到85%以上,钢锭成本较用钒铁低26.11元/t钢。文章还详细介绍了钒渣直接合金化的还原剂选择;钒渣在不同时期加入的操作技术;电炉冶炼中在CaO存在的条件下影响钒的回收率的因素。实践证明:采用钒渣直接合金化工艺生产含钒(<0.20%)钢,化学成份稳定、工艺操作简便可行。
