当前,国家对职业教育的发展给予高度重视,在资金、政策上大力扶持,职业教育迎来了又一个春天。新形势下,职业学校发展机遇与挑战并存。在众多制约因素中,招生宣传、专业教学、学生管理和就业分配是决定学校发展的几个关键。把握好这几个因素,协调好因素之间的相互关系,是职业学校加快发展的必然要求。
At present, the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education, vigorously supports funds and policies, and vocational education ushers in another spring. Under the new situation, there are both opportunities and challenges for the development of vocational schools. Among the many constraints, enrollment and publicity, professional teaching, student management and employment distribution are the keys to the development of the school. Grasping these several factors well and coordinating the interrelation among the factors is the necessary requirement for speeding up the development of vocational schools.
