過去,我們是不重視總結工作的,把它視為工作負担,抱著單純的任務觀點。如果上級實在追得急促,校長、教導主任東拼西凑的寫幾句送上去,內容空洞無物;甚至誇大成績,隱瞞缺點。寫好以後,也不在教師面前通過,大家也不知道一學期的工作,究竟有哪些成績,哪些缺點。因此,整個學校的工作,也就得不到改進和提高。
In the past, we did not attach importance to summing up the work, treating it as a work load and holding a simple mission viewpoint. If the superiors really hurry, the principal, director of teaching patchwork to write a few sent up, the contents of nothing; even exaggerated the results, to hide the shortcomings. After writing, nor in front of teachers through, we do not know the semester of work, what are the results, what are the shortcomings. Therefore, the entire school’s work will not be improved and enhanced.
