Objective: To introduce a method to determine the mutagenicity of human urine. Methods: Peripheral blood of healthy persons was placed in dialysis bags for dialysis for a certain period of time in the urine samples to be tested. Blood culture was performed. Changes in lymphocyte sister chromatid exchange frequency (SCE) were analyzed to evaluate the potential of the tested urine samples. Mutagenicity. Results: The experimental results show that the dialysis process does not cause changes in SCE frequency (3.14 to 3.24 SCE/cell, P>0.05, t-test), whereas smokers, ethylene oxide workers, tumors undergoing chemotherapy Urine in the patient can cause a significant increase in SCE (P<0.01, t-test) 4.12 to 4.28 SCE/cell, 4.51 to 4.69 SCE/cell, and 13.40 to 17.47 SCE/cell, respectively. . Conclusion: This method has certain application significance in evaluating environmental mutagen/carcinogens.
