本文报告使用Q开关钕-YAG激光作后发障击开39例40眼,年龄16~88岁,从白内障手术后到YAG激光击射间隔期为1周~12年,观察时间2个月以上。病例分为2组,以改善视力为目的者30眼,以扩大瞳孔区为目的者10眼。方法:术前散瞳,点眼麻醉,放置角膜接触镜(初期有的病例未放置)。使用9900型YAG激光器,波长1060nm,用氦氖激光作瞄准光束,激光光斑为25~50μm,脉冲能量为15mJ,脉冲数1~9个。击射条件根据后发障的厚度而定。后发障厚者或为了扩大瞳孔区者需行广泛切开,分数次进行。
This report reports the use of Q-switched neodymium-YAG laser for 39 cases of 40 cases of eye attack, aged 16 to 88 years, from cataract surgery to YAG laser shot interval of 1 week to 12 years, the observation time of 2 months or more . The cases were divided into two groups, 30 eyes for the purpose of improving eyesight, 10 eyes for the purpose of expanding pupil area. Methods: Preoperative mydriasis, eye anesthesia, placing contact lenses (initial cases did not place). A 9900 YAG laser was used with a wavelength of 1060 nm. The He-Ne laser was used as an aiming beam. The laser spot size was 25-50 μm, the pulse energy was 15 mJ, and the number of pulses was 1-9. The firing conditions depend on the thickness of the back barrier. Thick hair after the fault or in order to expand the pupil area need to be extensive cut, score several times.
