中央一号文件的出台,水利工程的大举建设,对水利工程的质量监督显得尤为重要,分析水利工程质量监督管理的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了水利工程建设质量监督管理的几点建议。
The promulgation of the Central Document No. 1 and the massive construction of water conservancy projects are particularly important for the quality supervision of water conservancy projects. The status quo and major problems in the quality supervision and management of water conservancy projects are analyzed, and some suggestions on quality supervision and management of water conservancy projects are put forward.
