目的探讨胡桃楸提取物对白色念珠菌播散的作用。方法以小鼠为动物模型,检测了胡桃楸提取物对嗜中性粒细胞功能、白念珠菌粘附组织细胞作用以及对血管内白色念珠菌播散的影响。结果胡桃楸提取物在体外可明显增强PMN的吞噬和杀菌活性(P<0.05),且呈浓度依赖性;在体内可明显降低白色念珠菌对细胞的粘附作用,从而阻止其播散。结论胡桃楸提取物对白色念珠菌播散的抑制作用,可用于全身性白色念珠菌感染的治疗
Objective To investigate the effect of juglone extract on the dissemination of Candida albicans. Methods Mice were used as animal models to test the effects of Juglans mandshurica extract on neutrophil function, adherence of histological cells of Candida albicans, and dissemination of intracellular Candida albicans. Results The extract of Juglans mandshurica significantly enhanced the phagocytosis and bactericidal activity of PMN in vitro (P<0.05), and it was concentration-dependent. In vivo, the adherence of Candida albicans to cells was significantly reduced, which prevented its dissemination. Conclusion The inhibitory effect of Juglans mandshurica extract on the dissemination of Candida albicans can be used for the treatment of systemic Candida albicans infection.
