按门诊工作特点,初步从人的因素这一侧面着眼,设计了三项指标:医师定额与门诊人次的比值、门诊主治医师与住院医师的比值和专科门诊(包括主任出门诊)的实际开放数。一、门诊工作效率=(门诊挂号病人数/门诊出勤医师数)÷(每名医师定额/1)二、门诊应诊医师结构值=(门诊出勤住院医师数/门诊出勤主治医师数)÷{[2(规定住院医师数)]/[1(规定主治医师数)]}上式中,门诊出勤的住院医师与主治医师的比值,一般应为3~4∶1,如主治医师较多,同时进修,实习医师均不列入统计,故此比值可规定为2∶1.
