基于高职院校教师的现实状况,在教师绩效考核过程中,必须要有不同于其他类型高校的做法,其不同最突出体现在绩效考核的指标体系以及评价标准方面。本文针对当前高职院校教师绩效考核中存在的主要问题,提出了具有务实性和创新性的高职院校教师绩效考核“六维”模式,并对高职院校教师“六维”绩效考核模式的应用进行了探索性研究。
