2011年2月10日盐城开发区发生一起致病物质不明食物中毒事件,共有25例就餐者发病。其中男23例,女2例,年龄21～45岁。中毒症状出现的潜伏期不等,主要集中于12～14h,平均潜伏期为11.8h,最短潜伏期2h,最长潜伏期16.5h。主要临床表现为恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状。上述患者在2～3d内基本痊愈,未发生死亡病例。经流行病学调查、患者临床表现及实验室分析,认为这是一起致病物质不明性食物中毒,经病例对照分析可能与食用了未烧熟煮透的猪肝有关。
February 10, 2011 Yancheng Development Zone, an unknown food poisoning incident occurred, a total of 25 cases of diners. Including 23 males and 2 females, aged 21 to 45 years. Incidences of poisoning symptoms appear in different incubation periods, mainly concentrated in 12 ~ 14h, with an average incubation period of 11.8h, the shortest incubation period of 2h, the longest incubation period of 16.5h. The main clinical manifestations of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms. The above patients basically recovered within 2 ~ 3d, no deaths occurred. The epidemiological survey, clinical manifestations and laboratory analysis, that this is an unknown food poisoning pathogenic substances, the case-control analysis may be related to consumption of uncooked pig liver.
