结合在基层调研走访了解到的情况,归纳了几点建议:第一,健全劳动法和劳动合同法相关配套政策。建议国家相关部门在劳动法和劳动合同法的框架下探索出台有关劳动关系的规范性文件,针对劳动派遣工、全日制用工、机关事业单位编制外的用工等目前争议隐患较大的群体,结合实际,明确劳动关系各方之间的权利义务。
Combined with the investigation and study of grassroots units to understand the situation, summarized some suggestions: First, improve the labor law and labor contract law related supporting policies. It is suggested that relevant state departments should explore and issue normative documents on labor relations under the framework of the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law. For groups that currently have greater potential for controversy, such as labor dispatchers, full-time workers, and agencies and institutions outside the workforce, In fact, we should clarify the rights and obligations between all parties in labor relations.
