目的:探讨输血检验流程不同环节的有效质量控制对策。方法:随机选取2013年6月~2014年5月在我院临床科室申请输血患者的125份血液标本,在输血前对输血检验流程中的关键环节,均采取了有针对性的质量控制措施,包括制定输血工作流程图、严格掌握输血适应证、输血检验的质量控制等,并对质量控制结果进行分析。结果:对质量控制结果进行分析,不合格标本3例,输血申请单不完善8例,不规则抗体筛查阳性2例,通过血型复查纠正受血者血型1例,退回血站不合格血液1袋,且未出现输血不良反应。结论:对输血检验流程进行深入的研究,并制定有针对性的质量控制对策,对保证血液质量,维护患者输血安全,降低输血风险等具有重要的临床意义,值得参考借鉴。
Objective: To explore effective quality control measures in different stages of blood test. Methods: A total of 125 blood transfusion patients who applied for blood transfusion in clinical departments of our hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected randomly. Before the transfusion, key measures in the blood transfusion test were taken and targeted quality control measures were taken. Including the development of blood transfusion workflow, strict control of blood transfusion indications, blood tests and other quality control, and quality control results were analyzed. Results: The results of quality control were analyzed. Among the 3 failed samples, 8 cases of imperfect blood transfusion request, 2 cases of irregular antibody screening positive, 1 blood type was recovered by blood type examination, 1 blood failed to return to blood level 1 Bag, and no adverse transfusion reactions. Conclusions: It is worth to refer to the deep clinical research of blood transfusion test process and the development of targeted quality control measures to ensure the quality of blood, safeguard the blood transfusion and reduce the risk of blood transfusion.
