这次研讨会是由西北建筑工程学院、西安冶金建筑学院、中国建筑西北设计院、……等十二个单位共同发起举办,1989年12月19日至23日在西安西北建工学院召开。有十五个省、市、地区的59名代表参加了这次会议,共收到论文48篇,多数代表在大会上作了学术交流。西部地区是华夏文化的发祥地,文化源远流长。在这里,不但有著名的新石器时代仰韶文化的代表——半坡、姜寨,还有著名的原始社会晚期的黄陵;不但有夏、商的古都,
The seminar was jointly organized by the Northwest Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Xi’an Institute of Metallurgical Architecture, the Northwest Building Design Institute of China Architecture, ... etc., and was held on December 19-23, 1989 at the Xi’an Northwest Institute of Engineering. Fifty-five delegates from 15 provinces, municipalities and regions participated in the conference.
