广西德保低品位磷块岩矿石使用改进后的高２．６ｍ的浮选柱群，预选试验可以获得Ｐ２Ｏ５２４．９８％，收率５３．３８％的磷精矿．由于原矿中有一部分易浮的细晶磷灰石先浮起．所以在流程中增加了浮选机选别，浮选机的尾矿再进浮选柱选别．流程改变前后精矿品位相同，但改后收率提高５％。浮选机和浮选柱联合机组的连续试验，精矿品位为２２．６１％，收率为７２．６３％。
