探讨了20CrMnTi钢在800~860℃固体高浓度碳氮共渗的工艺、组织与性能。结果表明:高浓度碳氮共渗工艺可在钢的表面形成大量细粒状、弥散分布的碳化物,它具有高硬度、高回火稳定性与低的脆性。
The process, microstructure and properties of 20CrMnTi steel at 800 ~ 860 ℃ were discussed. The results show that high concentration carbonitriding can form a large amount of fine grained and dispersed carbides on the steel surface. It has high hardness, high tempering stability and low brittleness.
