公共图书馆在全面免费开放趋势下的应对方法探讨

我国实行全面免费开放公共图书馆的政策顺应了世界公共图书馆的发展趋势,对于国内的公共图书馆而言,免费开放会使其面临阅览室管理工作难度加大、读者服务工作更为复杂和读者意见很难及时处理等一系列的挑战。为此,必须做好读者素质培养、工作人员业务素质提高、服务流程的完善、管理制度的规范和应急机制的建立等各项工作,以更好地应对挑战。

The policy of implementing a free and open public library in our country complies with the development trend of the public libraries in the world. For the domestic public libraries, opening up for free will make it more difficult for them to manage the reading room and make the service for readers more complicated. Reader’s opinion is difficult to deal with a series of challenges in time.
