专业顶岗实训是高职高专学生在完成学校部分学习后,将所学知识转换到实践中去的一个必需环节,顶岗实习课程的组织关系到人才培养质量的好坏。今年来,高职高专学生顶岗实训存在组织散乱,学生实习自由缺乏管理的情况。本文从建筑工程技术专业顶岗实训课程管理实践出发,对完善顶岗实训课程标准和相应的规章制度提出改进措施,为高职高专建筑工程技术专业的学生顶岗实习工作提供参考。
Professional post training is a vocational college students in the completion of the school part of the study, the knowledge learned into practice to an essential part of the internship curriculum organizations related to the quality of personnel training quality is good or bad. This year, vocational training for post-graduate students there is scattered organization, lack of student internship management freedom. This article starts from the practice of building engineering and technical professional post training courses, and puts forward improving measures to improve the standard and corresponding rules and regulations of post training courses, which will provide references for the internship of students in construction engineering and technical specialty in higher vocational colleges.
