目的为了了解基层医院对医疗废物回收人员的管理现状，并为规范管理制定对策，预防医院感染。方法利用自行设计的调查表对13名医疗废物回收人员进行调查、反馈。结果13名回收人员年龄偏大、文化程度低，普遍对当前的工资待遇不满意，人员流动性大，且缺乏正规培训，导致个人防护意识差，对院感防控及消毒隔离知识知晓甚少。甚至还有23.1%的人工作时不佩戴手套。结论调查结果显示，基层医院对医疗废物回收人员的管理存在非常严重的问题，主管部门应高度重视，加强对相关人员的培训，规范流程，完善制度，健全组织，严格执行消毒隔离，降低医院感染发生率。“,”Objective Catching the meaning of cur ent situation how primary hospitals manage the staf s of medical waste recycling and formulating strategies for standardizing the management,then preventing the hospital infection. Conclusion The research shows the management of medical waste recycling staf s in primary hospital has serious defects,so the competent department should pay high at ention to it.On the one hand,we must cultivate those medical waste recycling staf s,and standardize the operational process.On the other hand,we need improve the system about prevention and control of hospital infection,strictly enforcing disinfection and isolation,then reducing the rate of hospital infection.
