“技校的学生难教!”许多技校的教师如是说。技校的学生之所以难教,究其原因:无非是两个方面。其一是,技校学生基础差。技校学生大部分是中考落第生,基础自然差。其二是,表现差。许多学生成绩不好,主要原因是长期吊儿郎当,学习不认真,导致成绩差。因此我们就应该有的放矢地针对这两方面开展工作,从而收到好的教学效果。端正学风,德育领先。正确的学习态度,积极的学习风气,是有效地组织教学的先决条件。要形成优良的学习风气,就要行之有效地开展学校的德育工作,为
