黄金色铜合金粒子在仿金饰品和材料、油漆生产以及合金熔炼上有多种用途。为简便有效地制取直径0.5~5mm的黄金色铜合金粒子 ,对黄金色铜合金粒子材料的成分进行了筛选、比较试验 ,对粒子的成形设备设计制造了两种装置进行比较试验。结果表明 ,选用8 %Zn、2%Al、1 %Ni、Re适量、Cu余量的铜合金配方具有较好的仿金色泽和粒子成形性、耐蚀性。试制的离心粒化法和高压水粒化法两种铜粒子成形装置简单实用、各有所长 ,可根据需要生产出0.5~10mm不同粒度的铜粒子
Gold colored copper alloy particles have many uses in imitation jewelery and materials, paint production, and alloy melting. In order to make the golden colored copper alloy particles with the diameter of 0.5-5mm easily and effectively, the components of the golden colored copper alloy particle material were screened and compared, and two devices were designed and manufactured for the particle forming equipment. The results show that the copper alloy with 8% Zn, 2% Al, 1% Ni, Re content and Cu balance has better gold color, particle formability and corrosion resistance. Trial production of centrifugal granulation and high pressure water granulation two kinds of copper particle forming device is simple and practical, have their own strengths, according to the need to produce 0.5 ~ 10mm different particle size of copper particles
