我国城乡医疗体制改革正如火如荼的进行着,在如此的形势下,各大医院的管理也正悄然声息的发生了改变。在医院的管理中把全成本管理作为突破口,开展各项管理活动。医院进行全成本管理符合了我国的国情,适应了时代的发展,推进了我国医疗改革事业的进程,对医疗卫生事业的发展具有重要的意义。因此本文针对医院的全成本管理问题展开研究,分析医院全成本管理的框架体系、全成本管理的特点和作用、实现医院全成本管理的途径和方法,为他人对此问题的研究提供参考借鉴。

Therefore, this paper studies the problem of total cost management in hospitals, analyzes the framework of total cost management in hospitals, the characteristics and functions of total cost management and the ways and methods of achieving full cost management in hospitals, which can provide reference for other people’s research on this problem.
