《礼仪与口才》是高职院校一门重要职业素养课程,课程对培养学生的职业素养具有重要作用。但当前该课程教学还存在效率不高、针对性和实效性不强等问题。文章结合自身的教学改革实践,提出了以能力为本位、以岗位职业素养要求为目标、以整合和优化课程教学内容为重点、以情境任务为载体、以“四结合”为考评方式进行立体化、多维度的教学改革是提高《礼仪与口才》课程教学效率和质量的有效路径。
“Etiquette and eloquence” is an important vocational literacy course in vocational colleges. The course plays an important role in cultivating students' professional accomplishments. However, the current teaching of this course still has some problems, such as inefficiency, pertinence and effectiveness. Combining with the practice of teaching reform, this paper puts forward that taking capacity as the standard, job occupational attainment requirements as the goal, integrating and optimizing the teaching contents of the course as the key point, taking the situation task as the carrier and “four combination ” as the assessment method Stereoscopic and multidimensional teaching reform is an effective way to improve the teaching efficiency and quality of “etiquette and eloquence”.
