我们在机床维护保养过程中,摸索出用乳化液除油垢的方法。乳化液配方如下:水70％和乳化液30％搅拌均匀,再加上锯末混合,至使锯末全部浸湿为止。使用时,用棉纱蘸上配制好的试剂擦机床表面“黄袍”,使全部脱掉为止。为了防止锈蚀机床,在擦完“黄袍”后的机床表面涂上机油或润滑油。乳化液擦拭除“袍”法优点 1.原材料好找,配方简单,使用方便。 2.节约煤油,比原先用喷漆来遮盖“黄袍”可减少费用。
