郭君平中国社会科学院财经战略研究院博士后。1984年9月出生,籍贯江西省吉安市。研究方向为流通经济学、贫困与发展、农村经济。兼任中国商业经济学会青年分会常务理事;国家粮食局中国粮食培训研究中心特约研究员;中国国际工程咨询公司特约研究员。学术经历2014年7月毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院农村发展系,获管理学博士学位;2008-2013年获统计学(中国人民大学统计学院)和农业经济管理双硕士学位;在全国核心期刊公开发表学术论文近20篇;参与出版著作5部。一直从事
