从文化角度看,饭店名称是中国几千年饮食文化的载体之一。它们以最直接的形式招徕顾客,也以最直接的方式反映当代饮食文化特色,可以说饭店名称是一种极为鲜活的文化现象。由于饭店名称纷繁多样,本文拟从文化角度对其进行分析,找出其中蕴含的饮食文化特色。
From a cultural point of view, the hotel name is one of the carriers of Chinese food culture for thousands of years. They attract customers in the most direct form, but also reflect the characteristics of contemporary food culture in the most direct way. It can be said that the name of the restaurant is a very vivid cultural phenomenon. Due to the numerous and varied hotel names, this article intends to analyze it from the perspective of culture and find out the features of the dietary culture contained therein.
