英语教学效果是在个性碰撞中实现的,教师必须在培养个性、伸展个性的同时尊重学生的个性并允许其张扬个性,形成“以学生为学习主体”的主体意识,在教学实践中传授学生知识、培养学生个性、激发学生发散思维能力和创新精神。本文以英语教学实践中存在的个性化现象为基础,提倡尊重个性、培养个性,最终实现教学相长。
