任何优秀的企业都离不开党政上的管理。党政管理活动是国有企业进行生产的核心组成部分,它是保证企业各项工作正常运转的因素之一。没有好的党政管理,就不会有顺利的生产工作的开展,它们之间存在着紧密的连带关系。而好的党政管理工作又离不开它的服务性精神,有了服务精神才能实现党政管理的最大价值化,也能为生产本身产生增值。党政管理的服务精神是国有企业教育中是有着极其重要的意义的,这也是本文着重要探讨的。服务是管理的根基,管理工作离不开服务性精神。
