2012年8月14日上午9点16分,江苏省徐州市消防支队大马路中队接到指挥中心指令称:位于建国东路交通银行对面发生火灾有1人被困。接到报警后,大马路中队立即出动3辆水罐消防车和20名消防官兵前往现场救援。到达现场后发现,房屋两头的阳台不断地向外冒着黑烟,阳台的四周已经被烧得乌黑,还不时有火苗从阳台里面向外窜出。由于着火的居民楼位于一处较深的巷口内,所以现场只有1辆消防车对着起火的房屋进行扑救,而另外的2辆车则是停在建国东路农行附近候命。室内的门窗已经全部被烧
At 09:16 on August 14, 2012, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Fire Brigade and Armor Squadron received instructions from the Command Center that one person was trapped in a fire opposite Bank of Communications, Jianguomen Road East. Upon receipt of the alarm, the Squadron immediately dispatched three jerry fire trucks and 20 fire officers to the scene for assistance. Arrived at the scene and found that the balcony on both sides of the house continue to run out of black smoke, balconies have been burned around the black, but also sometimes flames from the balcony inside out.
