浙江省宁海县国税局引入风险管理理念,实施税源专业化管理,构建起了有别于传统征管模式的税源管理新格局,在提高税收征管质效和纳税服务水平上取得了成效。切入点:导入风险管理理念“推行税源专业化管理改革,首先要解决人的思想认识问题,只有全局上下都树立了强烈的风险管理意识,改革才具备坚实的基础。”这是宁海县国税局领导班子的共识。
