一、前言—问题的提出在中国腹心地区秦岭—巴山南北两侧分布着极其醒目的—对近于圆形的地块。北部的叫鄂尔多斯地块,南部叫四川地块。两个地块具有明显的相对扭动特征。在陕西、四川及其邻省境内构造体系有以下特点:(1)北部构造体系以北东走向为主,晚期走向向北偏转。局部呈近南北方位。中部秦岭—巴山地区构造线主要呈北西西方位,局部呈波状或 S 状,由北西西向南南东方向偏转。南部构造体系以北东为主,晚期向北东东方向偏转。(2)新华夏系、华夏系在南北两区有很大的不同,北部区内比较符合一般特征,晚期逐步向北
