实践证明:和谐是社会稳定的基础,也是促进企业劳动关系稳定发展的基石。本文通过调研总结上海烟草集团工会推进集团劳动关系和谐发展的基本做法,揭示工会组织在和谐企业建设中的重要作用。
Practice has proved that harmony is the foundation of social stability and also the cornerstone of promoting the stable development of the labor relations in enterprises. In this paper, through the investigation and summary of Shanghai Tobacco Group unions promote the harmonious development of the labor relations of the basic practices to unveil the important role of trade unions in the construction of harmonious enterprises.
