目的对拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素进行分析、识别,提出合理可行的职业病防护对策和建议。方法选择与该项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采取检查表法、类比法、定量分析法进行定性和定量评价。结果类比检测结果显示,噪声共检测14个点,均低于85.0 d B(A);化学毒物主要检测项目为溶剂汽油、苯,共检测4个点,均符合要求。拟建项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为噪声、高温、紫外线、汽油、柴油、苯系物、电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、臭氧等。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般建设项目。企业应按照报告书建议对职业病危害因素防护措施进行完善。
Objective To analyze and identify the possible occupational hazards that may arise in the proposed project and put forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures and recommendations on occupational disease prevention. Methods A similar project with this project was chosen to carry out analogy survey. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation was carried out by checklist method, analogy method and quantitative analysis method. Results The results of analog test showed that noise was detected at 14 points, all less than 85.0 d B (A). The main test items of chemical poisons were solvent gasoline and benzene, and 4 points were tested, all of which met the requirements. The main occupational hazards that exist in the proposed project are noise, high temperature, ultraviolet light, gasoline, diesel, benzene series, welding dust, manganese and its compounds, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and ozone. Conclusion This project belongs to the general construction project of occupational hazards. Enterprises should follow the recommendations of the report on occupational hazards factors to improve protective measures.
