施文标,1949年出生于江苏南通,1969年应征入伍来到山东,1971年入党。济南军区政治部原主任记者,大校军衔、技术四级。中国摄影家协会、中国新闻摄影协会会员,曾任中国人民解放军摄影协会理事,《解放军报》和《解放军画报》特约记者,第五届山东省摄影家协会副主席,第六届山东省摄影家协会顾问,第二届山东省老摄影家协会副主席。1970年于某师政治部宣传科报道组任报道员期间接触摄影并结下不解之缘,1981年调任济南军区政治部宣传部负责军区摄影报道和艺术创作的组织领导工作至2010年退休。
Shi Wenbiao, born in 1949 in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, joined the army in 1969 to Shandong and joined the party in 1971. Former director of Jinan Military Region Political Department reporter, military rank, technical level four. China Photographers Association, China News Photo Association, former director of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Photographic Association, “Liberation Army Daily” and “People’s Liberation Army Pictorial” special correspondent, vice chairman of the fifth Shandong Province Photographers Association, the sixth Shandong Province photographer Association Consultant, the second vice president of Shandong Province Old Photographers Association. In 1970, when a newspaper division of the propaganda section of a political department of the division was exposed as a reporter and worked as a reporter, he became acquainted with the photographer. In 1981, he was transferred to the propaganda department of the Political Department of the Jinan Military Region to take charge of the organization and leadership of military photography and artistic creation until his retirement in 2010.
