信息技术就是开发、利用信息资源的技术。凡是一切有关信息的产生、变换、获取、处理、存储、传递、显示、控制和利用的技术都属于信息技术。它主要包括:计算机技术、微电子技术、光电子技术、自动控制技术、通信技术、传感技术等。信息技术的发展对军事领域产生了重大影响,尤其用信息技术对坦克等原有武器平台进行现代化改造,使它们的作战能力成倍提高,从而具备了现代高技术条件下的作战能力。
Information technology is the technology of developing and using information resources. All information about the generation, transformation, acquisition, processing, storage, delivery, display, control and use of technology belong to information technology. It mainly includes: computer technology, microelectronics technology, optoelectronic technology, automatic control technology, communication technology, sensor technology. The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the military field. In particular, the information technology has been used to modernize the original weapons platforms such as tanks to double their operational capability and to meet the operational capabilities of modern high-tech conditions.
