随着我国经济改革的深化和资源产业的整合,各行业的企业实力增强的同时,也引发了各企业间的激烈竞争。企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,主要表现在两个方面:一是争抢人才;二是培养人才。本文将从这两个方面,深刻剖析在现代企业中争取人才、培养人才的方法与策略,研究企业与员工同步发展、同步提升的一系列措施,希望对相关企业有所帮助。
Along with the deepening of China’s economic reform and the integration of resources and industries, the strength of enterprises in various industries has been enhanced. At the same time, it has also led to fierce competition among enterprises. Enterprise competition is talent competition, mainly in two aspects: First, competition for talent; second, training of personnel.
