采用DTNB直接法检测28例急性白血病患者白细胞内还原型谷此甘肽(GSH)含量。结果表明:化疗前组白细胞内GSH含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),化疗后组白细胞内GSH含量较化疗前组进一步增高P<0.05)。6例P-6糖蛋白阴性者5例疗效差,而其GSH含量均高于对照组。结果表明临床耐药除与P-糖蛋白相关外,GSH含量增高可能是白血病多药材药形成的另一个重要原因。
The DTNB direct method was used to detect the content of GSH in leukocytes in 28 patients with acute leukemia. The results showed that the level of GSH in leukocytes in the prechemotherapy group was higher than that in the normal control group (P<0.01), and the level of GSH in the leukocytes after chemotherapy was higher than that in the group before chemotherapy (P<0.05). Six patients with negative P-6 glycoprotein had poor efficacy, and their GSH content was higher than that of the control group. The results showed that in addition to clinical drug resistance associated with P-glycoprotein, increased GSH content may be another important reason for the formation of multiple drug agents in leukemia.
