发展势头迅猛的苏州,近年来成为国内城市学习效仿的榜样,其高新技术产值2009年上半年甚至超过了“领头羊”深圳。但全球金融危机同样使苏州的外向型经济一度受挫颇深。
In recent years, Suzhou has become a model for urban learning in China. Its high-tech output surpassed even the “leaders” in Shenzhen in the first half of 2009. However, the global financial crisis also left Suzhou’s export-oriented economy once deeply frustrated.
