目的:建立心可舒胶囊中原儿茶醛的HPLC测定含量方法。方法:色谱柱:phenomenes C_(18)柱(200mm×4.6mm, 5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸水溶液(10:90:0.5),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:280nm。结果:原儿茶醛在0.80～4.0μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.87%(RSD=1.0%)。结论:本法简便、灵敏度高,分离效果好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of protocatechualdehyde in Xinkeshu capsules. Methods: Column:phenomenes C 18 column(200mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: methanol-water-glacial acetic acid aqueous solution(10:90:0.5), flow rate: 1.0 ml·min -1 Detection wavelength: 280 nm. Results: The protocatechuic aldehyde had good linearity in the range of 0.80-4.0μg (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.87% (RSD=1.0%). Conclusion: This method is simple, high sensitivity, good separation effect, suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
