Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive lung cancer radical mastectomy and conventional thoracotomy on metabolic and painful stress in patients. Methods Ninety patients with lung cancer who were admitted between January 2013 and December 2014 were selected. According to the admission of single and double numbers were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group underwent radical resection of minimally invasive lung cancer and patients in the control group underwent radical thoracotomy. The serum protein metabolism, pain stress and other metabolic levels were compared between the two groups at 1, 3 and 5 days after operation. Results Before operation, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in serum pain stress and other metabolic levels (P> 0.05). The level of serum pain and other metabolic parameters in the experimental group at 1, 3 and 5 days after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.001), and the protein metabolism was significantly higher than that in the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusions The minimally invasive radical resection of lung cancer has less painful stress and less adverse effects on metabolic reactions than traditional radical thoracotomy.
