本文应用VEP研究了31例52眼6个月到9岁的先天性白内障手术前后的视功能发育状态。结果表明,手术前VEP检查140'、70'、35'和17.5'方格刺激60-85%的P1波为平坦型。手术后95%以上可以记录到VEP波形;四种空间频率的N1潜伏期均较正常对照组显著延长(P<0.01);四种空间频率的P1潜伏期较正常对照组显著延长(P<0.01),且随空间频率的增高潜伏期延长明显增加;除140'方格刺激外,其它三种方格刺激的N2潜伏期较正常对照组显著延长;先天性白内障组的VEP振幅(N1P1、和P1N2)较正常对照组低2-3倍。作者建议婴幼儿期应避免单眼或双眼的遮盖,先天性白内障患者应及时检查视功能的发育状态。视功能发育不良者尽早手术治疗。
In this paper, 31 patients with 52 eyes of 6 months to 9 years of congenital cataract surgery before and after visual function development. The results showed that 60% -85% of the P1 waves were flattened at 140 ’, 70’, 35 ’and 17.5’ checkered by VEP before surgery. The VEP waveforms were recorded more than 95% after surgery. The N1 latency of four spatial frequencies were significantly longer than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). The latency of P1 of the four spatial frequencies was significantly longer than that of the normal control group .01), and the incubation period increased significantly with the increase of spatial frequency. Except for the 140 ’square grid stimulation, N2 latency of the three square grid stimuli was significantly longer than that of the normal control group; VEP amplitude (N1P1, P1N2) 2-3 times lower than the normal control group. The authors suggest that infants and young children should avoid monocular or binocular cover, patients with congenital cataract should promptly check the visual function of the development status. Visual dysfunction as soon as possible surgical treatment.
