综述前面我们就低温参量放大器作了简单介绍,根据近似解法可求出单调谐迥路带宽,噪声系数和宽带电路可达到的理论值。本文接着叙述低温参量放大器的技术设计,给出计算单调谐和三调谐放大器最大理论带宽的方法,并且把噪声系数估计值与实测值进行比较。最后给出了某些电气和机械方面的特殊解决办法。本文主要介绍低温参量放大器的噪声系数、频带展宽电路,真空技术以及低温技术。
In summary, we briefly introduced the low-temperature parametric amplifier. According to the approximate solution, the theoretical values of the single-tuned circuit, the noise figure and the broadband circuit can be obtained. This article goes on to describe the technical design of cryogenic parametric amplifiers and give the method to calculate the maximum theoretical bandwidth of monomodulated and triple tuned amplifiers. The estimated noise figure is compared with the measured values. Finally, some specific electrical and mechanical solutions are given. This article describes the low temperature parametric amplifier noise figure, band broadening circuit, vacuum technology and low temperature technology.
