一、前言 钼蓝分光光度法测硅、高锰酸分光光度法测锰、抗坏血酸—硝酸铋分光光度法测磷,铬变酸2R分光光度法测镁和偶氮胂Ⅲ分光光度法测稀土总量,均系成熟且应用广泛的方法。本工作在于:将这些个别方法联合起来,对一样品进行五元素联测,减少称样和溶样次数,达到省药、省时、提高效益的目的;联测全部采用分光光度法(主要使用72型分光光度计),结果表明,对一般工业分析是可行的。
